STRATHMORE, ALBERTA

We stopped traffic on the street and moved lawn mowers and displays so we could drive the motorhome into the open space right in front of the Strathmore Home Hardware store. As soon as we stepped out of the motorhome, a man came up to meet us. He had heard us being interviewed on a Calgary radio station that morning. He wanted a photo for his wife who couldn't make it to the event.
Perry made our meatball recipe in an electric roaster.
Donna made everything happen that we requested.
There was a wonderful product display right inside the door.
There was a good crowd. During our presentation there was standing room only. The charity was The Growing Families Society.

We were in desperate need of diesel so we drove to the Flying J in Calgary where we spent the night in the parking lot to fuel up early the next morning.
