This was our first "tourist" day since we left home. It was still raining off and on. We had never been to the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta to see the dinosaurs. During our visit to the heart of the Canadian Badlands we dropped in for a visit at the Drumheller Home Hardware Building Centre. We park the motorhomes across the street from the store under the watchful eye of a dinosaur.

When we left the store, a reporter from the Valley News was waiting for us in the parking lot.
Someone saw the big, red bus driving into town and called the paper to go check out what we were all about.
We park in the large RV parking lot at the museum.

There are some big, ugly, scary creatures in the Royal Tyrrell Museum. Some as big or bigger than our motorhome.
A very impressive journey back through time.

After our day with the dinosaurs, we drove to the AG Society Campground in Strathmore, Alberta, where Ruth filled the "Road Crew" RV with water. We unhooked the towed car and went to see Perry Banaduga at the Strathmore Home Hardware Store to see where we were going to park the motorhome in the morning. The rain had finally topped. Perry gave us and our road crew souvenier coffee mugs and some of his special wine.
